Vibrantbonesspin provides professional cycling event organization services, including but not limited to:

• Community Ride Day packages for small groups and neighborhood cycling gatherings
• Corporate Cycling Rally packages for company team-building and staff cycling events
• Festival Peloton Experience packages for large-scale joint cycling events
• Route planning, safety coordination, marshal deployment, and support vehicle services
• Participant registration management and event communication systems
• Add-on services including event photography, premium catering, and branded merchandise
• Custom convoy planning for events that fall outside standard package parameters

Service descriptions, pricing, and package inclusions published on our website are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are governed by the specific terms outlined in the booking confirmation provided at the time of purchase.

4. Website Use

4.1 Permitted Use

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Booking Process

To book a cycling event package, you must submit an inquiry through our contact form or contact us directly. Upon receiving your inquiry, Vibrantbonesspin will provide a detailed proposal including route plans, staffing, pricing, and terms specific to your event. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.

5.2 Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on vibrantbonesspin.world are quoted in euros and include applicable Finnish VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of thirty percent of the total package price is required to confirm a booking
• The remaining balance is due fourteen days before the scheduled event date
• Add-on services ordered after the initial booking are invoiced separately and due within fourteen days of invoice date
• Custom event packages may have alternative payment schedules specified in the booking agreement

We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods specified in your booking confirmation. Late payments may result in event cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit in accordance with our Return Policy.

5.3 Price Changes

Vibrantbonesspin reserves the right to adjust published package prices. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings for which a deposit has been received. Updated prices apply only to new inquiries and bookings made after the effective date of the change.

6. Event Participation Terms

6.1 Participant Responsibilities

Participants in events organized by Vibrantbonesspin are expected to:

• Ensure their bicycle is in safe, roadworthy condition before the event
• Wear appropriate safety equipment including helmets where required by Finnish law and event rules
• Follow instructions from event marshals and support staff at all times
• Complete registration forms and waivers accurately and truthfully
• Inform organizers of any relevant health conditions or limitations that may affect participation
• Behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and members of the public
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations during the event

6.2 Assumption of Risk

Cycling involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and exposure to weather conditions. By participating in an event organized by Vibrantbonesspin, you acknowledge and accept these risks. While we implement comprehensive safety measures including trained marshals, support vehicles, and pre-ride briefings, we cannot eliminate all risks associated with group cycling activities.

6.3 Event Modifications

Vibrantbonesspin reserves the right to modify event routes, schedules, or formats due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and provide alternative arrangements where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on vibrantbonesspin.world, including text, graphics, logos, route maps, photographs, and software, is the property of Vibrantbonesspin or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any website content without our express written permission.

Event photographs taken by Vibrantbonesspin staff or contracted photographers may be used for promotional purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional materials may opt out by notifying us in writing before the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibrantbonesspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our events. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
